Untap your bluray to it utmost

i used to stream to justin.tv with adobe’s fme (flash media encoder). and i used manycam to play the video file which i would stream as this and fme communicated together really well. i now want to stream bluray video files which are of the mkv file type but unfortunately manycam does not support this file type could someone suggest software that supports mkv files that will work with fme so i am able to stream my bluray files to justin.tv

please can you be 100% sure the software that you recommend actually works. i also run windows 7 64bit so i am unable to use superwebcam
