Blu-ray Tips

Imation has announced that it will start making Blu-ray media disks. It is now the 14th manufacturer to start producing the disks, joining Fuji Photo Film, JVC Americas, LG Electronics, Hitachi Maxell, Memorex Products, Optodisc, Panasonic Corp. of North America, Koninklijke Philips Electronics, Ricoh, Ritek, Sony Electronics, TDK and Verbatim.

Retail prices on the media discs will be $19.99 for BD-R (Blu-ray recordable 25gb) and $29.99 for BD-RE discs (Blu-ray rewriteable).
